Robert Osborne Founder & Owner

Robert Osborne founded A&B Construction & Restoration with one goal: to deliver the kind of quality craftsmanship that he learned growing up in the industry alongside his father.

Robert didn't learn contracting in a classroom. He learned it on rooftops, on scaffolding, and on job sites across the Peoria area installing windows, repairing roofs, and building decks before most contractors his age had picked up a hammer professionally.

With over 30 years of personal industry experience, Robert has seen every type of roof failure, every kind of storm damage, and every installation mistake that cuts-corner contractors make. That experience is what he brings to every single project A&B takes on whether it's a $1,500 roof repair or a $60,000 commercial siding replacement.

30+ Years Building Central Illinois

A&B Construction & Restoration was founded in 2013, but Robert's roots in Central Illinois construction go back more than three decades. What started as a focused roofing and window operation has grown into a full-service construction and restoration company serving residential and commercial clients across Peoria, Bloomington, East Peoria, Pekin, Morton, North Pekin, and Washington, IL.

Over the years, we've completed hundreds of roofing projects, built decks across Central Illinois, replaced thousands of windows, installed miles of siding, and helped dozens of homeowners navigate the insurance claims process after severe storms. Central Illinois weather is unforgiving with hail seasons, ice dams, tornado-force winds, and temperature swings that push materials to their limits.
